Terms & Conditions.

By booking an appointment or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our business, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.

1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our official booking system or through our Instagram page @beyondbeautyhq.


• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.


• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, payable by card, bank transfer, or cash.

2. Cancellations & Lateness

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.


• We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and the deposit will not be refunded.


• No-shows will result in loss of the deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.

3. Consultations 

• For services involving adhesive, lace glue, or colour, a patch test is required at your appointment.


• It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

4. Services

• We strive to deliver high-quality services, but results may vary depending on your hair type, texture, and aftercare.

• Please arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair unless you’ve booked a wash or treatment add-on.

• If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Hair Extensions & Products

• We only guarantee the quality and performance of Beyond Beauty hair. We accept external hair for installations, but we are not responsible for shedding, tangling, or poor quality of third-party hair.

• Due to hygiene standards, no returns or refunds are offered on hair products, wigs, or custom orders.

 • Custom wigs require full or partial upfront payment and are made to order. Processing times may vary based on style and availability.

6. Private Appointments

• If privacy is important to you, we offer private appointments where the salon is closed to the public. Please request this at the time of booking to ensure availability.

7. Salon Etiquette

• We kindly ask that you arrive alone unless previously agreed. This helps maintain a calm, professional environment for all clients.


• Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of service without refund.

8. Mobile Services

• Mobile appointments are available upon request and are subject to availability and travel fees.

• Mobile bookings must be made in advance, and a suitable workspace must be provided by the client.

9. Content & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded or posted, please let us know before your appointment.

10. Amendments

• Beyond Beauty reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or purchases implies acceptance of any updated terms.
