Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags and cable ties intact, and in its original packaging. Once the hair has been opened, used, or the seal/ cable ties and tags have been cut or removed, it is no longer eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@beyondbeautyinternational.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@beyondbeautyinternational.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened hair products, including any items where tags or cable ties have been removed. Other non-returnable items include:

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@beyondbeautyinternational.com.
