Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
    Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days
    Includes tracking and signature upon delivery for added security.

United States

  • Parcel Force Tracked & Signed
    Estimated delivery: 5 business days
    Fully trackable with signature confirmation at delivery.

International Shipping (Outside UK & US)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days depending on location and customs processing.
    Shipped via DHL, UPS, or your local postal carrier.
    Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with your local delivery office or neighbors first. Beyond Beauty International is not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed.
