We strongly recommend booking in advance via our website or Instagram, but we do accept walk-ins when available.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your service.
Can I book a consultation before my install?
Definitely! We offer free in-person and virtual consultations before your appointment to assess your hair needs and recommend the best extensions and method for you..
What if I’m late or cancel my appointment?
We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — we understand that life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.
Do you still offer mobile appointments?
Yes, limited mobile bookings are available depending on location and schedule. A travel fee and deposit will apply.
Do I need to bring my own hair?
You’re welcome to bring your own bundles, but we always recommend using Beyond Beauty Hair for the best results and longevity. Bundle deals are available when booking an install with our hair.
Do you work with all hair types?
Yes! We work with all textures and hair types. Our goal is to enhance your natural beauty with care and skill.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cash, and card payments. Full payment is due on the day of your appointment, unless stated otherwise.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our services and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds on hair or services. If you have a concern, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it.

At Beyond Beauty Salon we offer a range of techniques including sew in, tape ins, la weave, ponytails and custom wig installs

Yes! We stock top quality HD lace to match our bundles
How should I arrive to my appointment?
Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and free from any products unless your service includes a wash or you have booked a wash. This helps us stay on schedule and gives you the best results!
Can I bring someone with me?
To maintain a calm and focused space, we kindly ask that you come alone unless otherwise agreed. Exceptions may be made for mothers or clients with special needs — just let us know in advance.
Do you have a loyalty or referral program?
Yes! Repeat clients get exclusive perks, and when you refer a friend, you both receive a discount. Make sure your friend mentions your name when booking!
Can I collect my hair from the salon?
Yes! You can select salon pickup at checkout or let us know when booking — we’ll have your order ready and waiting.
Can I request a quiet or private appointment?
Of course. If you’d prefer minimal conversation or a quieter experience, just let us know. Your peace is our priority. If you value privacy, we offer exclusive private appointments where the salon is closed to the public, ensuring a completely discreet and comfortable experience.

How long is delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, and delivery takes 1–2 days via Royal Mail.
Do you offer wholesale?

How should I care for my extensions?
We provide an aftercare guide with every install, but in general:
– Use sulfate-free products
– Wrap your hair at night
– Avoid excessive heat
– Use heat protection
What type of hair do you use?
Beyond Beauty Hair extensions are double drawn raw Cambodian hair & our tape ins are virgin Cambodian hair
How long do extensions last?
Beyond Beauty Hair is crafted to last from 12 to 24 months with good maintenance. We recommend using sulphate free products and deep conditioning once every 2 weeks.
Can I reuse the hair?
Absolutely our bundles are designed for multiple installs. Many clients reuse their bundles with the same flawless finish.
How many bundles will I need?
For a full sew-in or wig install, we typically recommend:
– 2 bundles for lengths up to 16”
– 3 bundles for 18”–22”
– 4 bundles or more for 24” and above
This may vary depending on head size, style, and desired fullness.
Do you offer custom wigs?
Yes! We offer both ready-to-wear and custom-made wigs using Beyond Beauty hair. Turnaround time varies — contact us for a consultation or current availability.
Can you colour or bleach the hair?
Our virgin hair and our 613 hair can be coloured or bleached by a professional. If you’d like us to colour it for you, we offer custom colouring services with advance notice.
Do you offer extension removal services?
Yes, we provide safe removal for all install methods. Please don’t attempt to remove your extensions at home — we’re here to protect your natural hair and prevent breakage.
Can I book styling only (e.g., curls, ponytail, silk press)?
Yes! We offer styling services whether you’re wearing your natural hair, a wig, or extensions. Just select “Styling Only” when booking.
Can I bring in a wig for you to style?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a wig from us or one you already own, we offer wash, restyle, and glue-down services to bring it back to life.
Can I bring a wig or bundles from another brand?
Yes — we do accept external hair for installs or custom wig work, but we can’t guarantee quality or longevity unless you’re using Beyond Beauty Hair.
Do you offer bridal or special event styling?
Yes! We love being part of your big moments. For weddings, birthdays, or photoshoots, message us for custom packages and availability.

I’ve never had extensions before. Where do I start?

Will extensions damage my natural hair?
Not when installed and removed properly! At Beyond Beauty, we prioritise your natural hair health. We use gentle, professional techniques and always give you aftercare advice to keep your real hair thriving under your install.
How often should I get my extensions redone or tightened?
Depending on the method, we recommend maintenance every 4–6 weeks to keep your style fresh and prevent tension or matting. First install is usually most costly then after maintenance appointments are cheaper, the perfect beauty investment.
